About Me: Welcome to my website! I was born and raised in Pittsburgh, PA then went to Clarion University of Pennsylvania where I earned both my Bachelors and Masters Degrees in Special Education. After graduating, my husband and I moved to Washington state where I worked for 25 years as a special education teacher and later an elementary education teacher. In 2009, we moved back to Cook Forest to enjoy our families. I have since worked at TCCS as the Life Skills Teacher and am enjoying my job here in rural Pennsylvania.
The Life Skills Support class available at TCCS: is (K-12) and is taught by Ms. Suchacek.
The program includes instruction in skills necessary for daily living as well as basic math reading and writing. Support services may include speech, occupational therapy, assistive technology, and/or physical therapy.
